Study Groups

Study groups take us deeper into the process of our healing and recovery. Everyone’s path will be different and it is up to the participant to choose the path that is best suited for them based on their particular struggle, hurt, or hang up. This can and should be done in consultation with the 201 group leader, a sponsor, or even outside counselor. Participants have the benefit of attending as many groups as they like and even revisiting a group if it would benefit them further in their recovery.
